The Beach & Safari is our most ambitious and most beloved package. The first week takes you through the heart of Tanzania's northern safari circuit — Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire. A short flight to Zanzibar then delivers you to a world of white sand, turquoise water, and pure island calm.

Day I
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport. Transfer to your Arusha lodge. Evening briefing with your guide sets the stage for the journey ahead.
Day II
Early morning departure for the Serengeti, driving west through the Ngorongoro highlands with a stop at the crater rim. Arrive on the plains in the afternoon for your first game drive as the light burns low and golden.
Days III & IV
Two full days in the Serengeti — arguably the greatest wildlife spectacle on earth. Lion prides, leopards in the fever trees, cheetahs on the kopjes, and if the season is right, columns of wildebeest as far as the eye can see. Bush breakfast at dawn, field picnic at noon, sundowner under an acacia at dusk.
Day V
Drive east from the Serengeti. Stop at a traditional Maasai boma for a cultural village tour — warriors, beadwork, and cattle kraals that have looked the same for centuries. Arrive at your crater-rim lodge for sunset across the caldera.
Day VI
Dawn descent into the Ngorongoro Crater — a geological marvel and Big Five stronghold. Morning game drive on the crater floor, tracking rhino and lion. Ascend at midday and drive south to Tarangire, arriving in time for an afternoon game drive.
Day VII
A full day in Tarangire — Tanzania's most underrated gem. The Tarangire River attracts some of Africa's largest elephant herds alongside giraffe, zebra, and over 550 bird species. The ancient baobabs lend the landscape a prehistoric grandeur unlike anywhere else.
Day VIII
Transfer to the airport for your short flight to Zanzibar. Check into your boutique beach property and let the sound of the Indian Ocean replace the sound of the bush. Evening at leisure.
Day IX
A day entirely at your own pace. The pool, the beach, the spa. You have earned it. Zanzibar's waters are warm, the sand is white, and the pace is blissfully slow.
Day X
Morning boat trip to Prison Island — home to Aldabra giant tortoises that have roamed the island for over 100 years. Sail on to the Nakupenda sandbank, a white crescent of sand appearing from the ocean at low tide, for a barefoot beach picnic lunch.
Day XI
A full-day sailing excursion into the turquoise channels south of Zanzibar. Snorkel over coral gardens, swim in warm blue water, feast on fresh seafood on board, and visit remote sandbanks only reachable by dhow.
Day XII
A short trip to Mnemba Atoll — one of the Indian Ocean's finest snorkelling destinations. Green sea turtles, spinner dolphins, and extraordinary coral gardens in water so clear it looks digital. A world-class marine experience.
Day XIII
Your final full day. Sleep in. Walk the beach. Shop for spices in a local market. Take a sunset dhow cruise. Zanzibar on your own terms.
Day XIV
Transfer to Zanzibar International Airport. Fourteen days of Tanzania — from elephants at dusk to dolphins at dawn — and a life forever changed.
